Welcome to LecoLauncher ("the Software" or "Product"), developed and operated by Zhenxiong Leco Software Studio ("we", "us", or "Studio"). This Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Zhenxiong Leco Software Studio regarding your use of the Software and associated services.
[Special Notice & Language Disclaimer] This Agreement is originally drafted in Chinese and translated into English for international users' convenience. In the event of any conflict, ambiguity, or discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail. By downloading, installing, registering, accessing, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms herein.
1. Account Ownership and Rules of Use
To protect system security and intellectual property, the Software enforces strict account management policies:
- Ownership: All ownership of LecoLauncher accounts belongs solely to Zhenxiong Leco Software Studio. Upon registration, users are granted only a limited, revocable, personal, and non-commercial right to use the account.
- Prohibition of Transfer: The right of use belongs exclusively to the original registrant. Gifting, lending, renting, transferring, selling, or sharing accounts is strictly prohibited. Any loss or dispute arising from unauthorized account transfer shall be borne solely by the user, and we reserve the right to terminate such accounts without notice.
2. Device Online Limit
The Software implements hardware-binding and concurrent online device management based on subscription levels:

Note: Users who replace their car units can manually unbind and re-bind in settings. To prevent abuse, a reasonable monthly limit is enforced on re-binding.
3. Driving Safety Disclaimer (Crucial)
- Auxiliary Reference Only: All real-time speed data, trip records, weather, and clock information displayed on the dashboard are for driving auxiliary reference only, and shall NOT replace your vehicle's factory electromechanical instrument cluster, malfunction warning indicators, or certified navigation equipment.
- Safety First Principle: Drivers are strictly prohibited from distracted operations, extensive adjustments, or gazing continuously at the screen while driving. You must strictly abide by all applicable road traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Assumption of Risk: Under no circumstances shall Zhenxiong Leco Software Studio be held liable for any traffic accidents, personal injuries, property damages, or administrative penalties resulting from driver distraction, over-reliance on auxiliary data, or third-party OBD/CAN serial hardware incompatibilities.
4. Virtual Content & Value-Added Services
- Nature of Service: Premium themes, custom widgets, and advanced features provided by the Software are digital virtual content and online services.
- No Unconditional Refund: Due to the nature of instant delivery and immediate activation of digital goods, once digital assets or premium permissions are bound or activated, they are strictly non-refundable.
- Compatibility Issue Handling: If the Software completely fails to run due to extreme underlying head unit system incompatibility and technical support cannot resolve it, users may email purchase proofs to our official support for manual verification and assistance.
5. User Code of Conduct & Anti-Piracy Declaration
When using the Software, you agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, cracking, repackaging, or extracting core algorithms and resources from the Software APK;
- Exploiting vulnerabilities to steal, decrypt, extract, distribute, or resell theme packages, wallpapers, fonts, and animation assets;
- Using automated scripts, plugins, or memory patchers to bypass device online limits or unlock premium features;
- Reselling or renting LecoLauncher accounts on third-party e-commerce platforms (such as eBay, Shopee, Taobao, etc.).
Penalties: Upon detection of violations, we reserve the right to permanently ban the offending account and hardware UUID immediately without notice or refund, and pursue civil and criminal liabilities to the fullest extent of the law.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- All copyrights, trademarks, source code, UI designs, icons, themes, and textual content of the Software are owned by Zhenxiong Leco Software Studio (or respective licensed third-party creators).
- Without prior written consent, no individual or commercial entity may copy, bundle, sell, or commercially exploit any part of these resources.
7. Service Modifications & Disclaimers
- Third-Party Interfaces: Occasional delays or interruptions caused by weather API fluctuations, weak satellite GPS signals, non-standard Bluetooth protocols, or network latencies shall be repaired to our best effort, but do not constitute breach of contract.
- Maintenance: We reserve the right to update, modify, or perform routine server maintenance to improve user experience.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- The formation, validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (Mainland).
- Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiations. If negotiations fail, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the People's Court of Zhenxiong County, Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province, China for litigation.
